The next FCCA membership meeting will be 7 PM February 20th at the hardy
Rec Center and will focus on two issues:

(1) As many of you may know, for years Georgetown University has been
trying to negotiate a controversial land swap with the National Park
Service in order to build a boathouse along the Potomac across from the
university entrance off of Canal road.  There are indications that this
somewhat dormant issue is now reaching the point of resolution.  Come
and hear a presentation on the proposal.

(2) For those of you in the Foxhall Village Historic District we will
also have a presentation outlining various tax benefits that are now
available for residents in the Village
